Although I also see this as a pretty undervalued stock price, I'm concerned about the name recognition and user-friendliness. Unlike PGR were it is very easy to pick up and play, Forza seemed (to me at least) a much more deep and difficult game to jump right into.
I'm not sure whether casual gamers want to have 2 different driving simulations, and I don't know whether racing games are as popular as other genres. Having said that, I believe it will easily sell 1.5 million copies at least, purely because of the hardcore 360 gamers and hype that surrounds it.
