I do have a deep knowledge of our tax system in this country. Just because you have been working as a teen, does not mean that every other teen in this country is also working. Also, I never said that returns are not the normal thing when people get their taxes done at this time of the year - I only said that there people who end up owing money (not everyone gets a return). Also, many teens do not end up being able to get a job until after they are 16 years of age (child labor laws that make employers be hesistant in hiring younger teens). Also, I never said teens do not file taxes. Also, a large majority of teens working are not working anywhere as much as adults are and therefore, their return usually ends up being much smaller (coupled with the fact that their income is usually smaller also). You also did not address the issue that just returns are spread over more than just the month of February (which you are saying should have higher PS3 sales because of tax returns).
I do not see any reason why the sales of any game console will be significantly affected or affected at all due to tax returns.
