I personally never asked for them to be rollbacked and was preparing for a large loss today by trying to get some bid money through articles and game submissions to make up for some of the lost money - there really wasn't anything I could do about my stupid mistake (and keyboard, which may be getting replaced very soon...).
To help prevent things like this from happening, I suggest that during the IPO 1 period, after you click on the Buy or Sell button, you have to confirm the order a second time to prevent stupid mistakes, typo mistakes, technical mistakes, etc. This would easily keep mistakes from being made as often by forcing people to take a second look at their order.
