@starship, Interesting. The article states that they have already configured a stand alone Bluray player that can be connected to the 360 & potentially go on sale in 3 months, while a built in Bluray player in actual 360's seems less likely.

I think MS will release a Bluray add on player just like their HD DVD one most likely, probably soon. However, I question whether they will make a 360 with a built in Bluray player, at least not before they test the waters with their Bluray add on first.
Does everyone remember MS saying they wouldn't be making an HDDVD built in 360 SKU, but they never said the same thing about a Bluray built in 360 SKU...
Regardless I think MS is more interested in digital HD downloads than Bluray. I foresee them having the external Bluray add on, but no Bluray 360 unless PS3 begins to seriously take over in PS3 hardware marketshare over 360.
