one thing I would have to disagree with in this article is the claim that Microsoft was lying that supply problems were due to consumer demand.
I can see how higher-than-expected consumer demand back in November and December could really mess with their production schedule to put out the updated systems. If they didn't sell as well as they did in those months, they should still have enough on shelves to cover the time it took them to finalize these new units.
