@Laoldar, The Creature Creator is definitely very fun. I won't be purchasing it, but the demo is very fun - even with just a quarter of the options unlocked, there are infinite possibilities. I will instead be awaiting the release of the entire title. The buzz for the title seems to be picking up as people are experiencing a part of the title for the first time.
The one other thing about the Creature Creator that I would like to note is that it runs well even on low powered computers (I have tried it on a computer that only has a NVidia 7350 - a low end graphics solution). I see Spore on the PC being able to reach the majority of the PC audience - everything from those with low powered PCs to those with gaming PCs and those that are casual gamers to those that are hardcore gamers. The appeal of Spore looks to be to a large number of people.
