Much bigger jump in Net Income compared to revenue means several possibilities : - lower COGS for H/W - more portion of S/W (which have higher margin compared to H/W). This could mean increase S/W from Nintendo itself (first party) or non-Nintendo (third party). - higher licensing fee (I don't think this is a possibility) - lowered non COGS cost, such as marketing fund (a stupid decision, IMO)
