I don't think the sales of the No. 1 MMORPG, which has a very pronounced netwok effect and is carefully designed to cater to non-hardcore gamers, can be used to estimate the sales of a (arguably the No. 1) normal RTS, carefully designed for hardcore competitive play.
This being Blizzard and all, with their quality standards, I can give it 2x-3x the sales of the last incarnations of e.g. Command and Conquer or Age of Empires. Add a couple of million for Korea - and you still get nowhere near 10-11 mln.
