@justcrim, HEAR HEAR!! I think what needs to happen is more people using the wiki summary and release dates so we can keep track of when worthwhile games are coming out.
We also need to not try to list every insignificant game that will be coming out because that is what makes us play catchup.
Part of the problem is there's sooo much stuff in the pending games lists now.
As for post launch numbers, I don't think anyone is saying they are useless. What Deltaneutral and Pilias_simber are saying are useless are the supposed sales numbers that are like 4,000 units sold a week on VGChartz several months after a game is released. At that point, we have no idea what veracity there is to the numbers and no one, gamers or developers, care about how many units a game like Eragon is selling at that point.
