@apujanata, Even with your estimate, the stock is still twice as valuable as it should be.
I'm curious to learn why you think, even with the Australian launch coming up, why you think the game will sell 150k units when it has yet to hit 100k.
"vgchartz is an independent site who bases their numbers on a small pool of data, which is known to be inaccurate at times, only use loosely as a guide."
vgchartz has this at 70,000 copies sold or 7DKP. Vgchartz usually overestimates on sales, and this game did not get much hype after launch, so I doubt it will have a very long tail. Due to this like Laoldar said, this stock should be around 25DKP max.
I really like this game. The single-player is pretty cool (the stereotypes of the countries are quite funny at times), the gameplay is fun and the online is great, especially considering it's one of Nintendo's first online Wii titles.
That being said, this game is insanely over-priced. VGC has it at about 26,000 for its first week and NPD isn't going to track it. Unless VGC is underestimating by 400%, this stock is in trouble.
I would say it should go back to at least 25-30 DKP.
No breakthroughs are to be found in Battalion Wars 2 according to the review, but nevertheless a great update to its predecessor with a better storyline, a greater variety of units and maps, a deep online component, and a mostly-intuitive control system among others.
"Even with a few missteps, Battalion Wars 2 remains a quality title that I can recommend to anybody who liked the original or to any Wii owners interested in an action game that requires a little more smarts to complete."
"We didn't get to see a lot of Battalion Wars 2, but what we saw looked right in line with the original game's mechanics and spirit. Though Nintendo's scarcely taken the wraps off this one, the game is due out in just about two weeks, so we'll bring you more info--and a final verdict--very soon now. "
