Shell and BP made a collective 33.7 billion dollars in profit last year, but while the oil companies are laughing right now (and raping, and pillaging, etc), the future according to Frontlines: Fuel of War is not one they will enjoy. By then, the scarcity of oil reserves will result in an East-West divide that can only be solved by hard men with big guns. Cue yet another near-future first-person shooter on the Xbox 360.
These maps better be massive. CoD4's ground war mode isn't that fun with so many players packed into the smaller maps. I don't like spawning and dying immediately.
The Xbox 360 version will launch with 90 dedicated multiplayer servers across Europe and North America, with one map, Village, offering support for the full 50 players. As more dedicated servers are brought online, additional maps will be opened up for 50-player games.
Why has this paid out when it was not due to pay for two weeks after release. The game was only released on the 25th as per this bluesnews link. The review have only just started coming in in the last few days with the majority only arriving on metacritic in the last two? Please can this be looked into or the reason for the early pay out explained.
Why did it pay out so early? I thought it was supposed to be 10 days after the game was released and it only released on the 25th and does not release in Europe until Friday and is only just starting to get the reviews in now.
