"When we were deciding on the score, we looked up the descriptions in our ratings scale and IGN defines 5.0-ranked titles as games with, "... numerous major shortcomings. It's a cliché, but we have to say it: only fans of the particular genre will get any enjoyment out of this." That description is dead-on for Revolution because really, only die-hard Poke-fans will be able to dismiss all of the project's inadequacies and cling to the few strengths of what is realistically a very uninspired experience."
