Struggling Atari will soon have a new board, its parent company Infogrames said today. The overhaul is part of Infogrames' profitability plan for the publisher. Five Atari directors are expected to get the axe.

Changing the Board is a first step, but the company is so garbage at this point I don't anyone good would want to take over Atari to turn it around. What do they even have left?
