[Having errors while trying to get online, a user] contacted EA, who told him the hard drive is "needed to store temporary data when playing online as the data transferred from one console to another requires storage space greater than what the memory card can contain."

actually the whole cod4 requiring a hard drive thing was false. for whatever reason the icon for hdd required was on the tentative box art. closer to release infinity ward said the game doesn't need a hard drive and it was just a test for placement of icons[ Oracle ] [ Level 21 ] [ Rank: 148 ]bids
