Major UK high street retailer WHSmiths has priced the PlayStation 3 version of GTA IV at £44.99, while the 360 version will cost £5 less at £39.99.
The pricing has been confirmed as part of the chain’s pre-order campaign.

Agreed but the retailers do appear to be targeting the 360 more heavily.
HMV UK offer free MS points with the 360 version with no offers on the PS3.
Amazon UK offer £10 off the purchase of a 360 with the pre order but no offer on the PS3
Game UK offer free MS points with the 360 verion with not offers on the PS3.
The prices are the same for both platforms but not the offers.

this is just one retailers pricing, the versions can be found for exactly the same price at various other (and bigger) stores throughout the country. this price discrepency should not be taken as a relection of the entire market.[ Oracle ] [ Level 22 ] [ Rank: 150 ]bids
