Grand Theft Auto IV publisher Take-Two has sued the Chicago Transit Authority and advertising agent Titan Outdoor LLC for allegedly pulling adverts for the game without explanation.

I agree - plus, it is a matter of principle for Rockstar/Take-Two. If they allow the CTA to take down their advertisements just because of unfounded media reports and go against the contract and promote censorship of videogame advertisement, then it will only happen again in the future to Take-Two or other videogame publishers/developers.
On the other hand, I doubt that Take-Two/Rockstar mind the extra publicity as most of Rockstar's titles thrive off of publicity.
