After numerous close-calls, the Nasdaq stock market has removed Atari from its listings, the game maker announced Thursday.

"Acquire the remaining outstanding equity interest of Atari" At what price ? If the stock was still listed, there is a benchmark for pricing. Without listed stock price, how you determine the worth ? Based on Balanced Sheet ? Income Statement ? EBITDA ? or any other measurement that I didn't know (like acid ratio, ROI/ROA) ?
