  920 Yen is still significantly cheaper than the 1,800 Yen price on October 07 (one year ago), and almost the same as 1,000 Yen price on 1 June 08

  If Square ends up getting a majority stake in Tecmo it would own and control all of Tecmo's IP, so yeah all those things would be possible. But this deal is just breaking and is not final. We should get more details at 0400 GMT.

  Japanese videogame maker Square Enix Co said on Friday it aims to buy more than half of game developer Tecmo shares at 920 yen each, 30 percent higher than Tecmo's closing share price the previous day.
