Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas (PSP) is actually a completely different game from the games of the same name on the consoles. Rather than simply porting a stripped down version to the handheld, Ubisoft created a new story for the PSP. The game also occurs in Las Vegas, where the player controls a two-man team that must stop a terrorist organization that plans to poison the City's water supply. The single player will play like many first-person shooters on the PSP but also includes elements of the new console versions, including third-person control when backed up near a wall.
The PSP version features a six-player multiplayer with Rainbow Six's survival and team survival modes that can be played in ad hoc networks or infrastructure networks.

4I don't think 30 DKP was a lot starting point. Looking at some PSP sales, they are all very low. 300,000 copies sold for a PSP game is very good. It's most likely the reason it became the top gaining stock was because of a low initial DKP value. The submitter generally gets to choose the submitting value, and when people buy it, the value increases.
