Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas is the fifth installment in the popular tactical shooter series and features a new mission with a new team to retake Las Vegas from a terrorist organization. However, no real casinos appear in this Las Vegas.
The game is built on the Unreal Engine 3.0. The player leads a three-man team in this edition. A change from previous Rainbow Six games will be a faster arcade-like gameplay. The player’s health now regenerates overtime so there’s less dying involved. The number of opponents has been reduced in favor of stronger and more intelligent foes. You can now enter a third-person mode when peering around corners—or just fire blinding around a corner.
The story should be more engaging as it unfolds with the action instead of narrating through text-based briefings or pre-rendered movies. Instead of facing several missions one after another, Vegas occurs in a single day as one contained mission.
The multiplayer features 8 modes, including a teamwork intensive attack-and-defend mode where players must accomplish a number of objectives against the opposing team. Vegas features a very diverse character creation system so that you may never see another character looking just like you when playing online.

5I hear what you guys are saying and I agree that it is more fun when they are seperate. Otherwise we are just buying into brands and licenses.
I guess what I was wishing for is to have all the information for games of the same name in one place. A lot of these articles, pictures, and videos apply to more than one version because people want to see and hear about the comparisons.

6I think the stocks should be divided by each platform because that is how the video game industry works. If you look at NPD or VGcharts data, it is all by Title (Platform).
Additionally, the games are not the same across platforms. Only the Xbox 360 and PS3 ones are going to be similar. The Wii game is generally very different. The DS and PSP version equally so.
A popular stock play is also to trade relative positions...such as right now long Smackdown (PS2) and short Smackdown (Xbox 360). You can tell if a certain stock is over or under valued by how it is priced vs the other console versions.[ Guru ] [ Level 21 ] [ Rank: 159 ]bids
3Having multiple versions of a game on different consoles as 1 stock sounds good, but then you have to consider that it would make predicting and following sales harder, particularly for those who have interest in only 1 version of the game.
For instance, if someone is only interested in the 360 version of a game, having to add up all the versions to find its current sales, which might include versions doing poorly on other consoles, a chore. Also 1 ver may sell like hotcakes and the other may bomb.[ Oracle ] [ Level 26 ] [ Rank: 241 ]
