@apujanata, MMORPGs are a bit of a different beast when it comes to review scores affecting sales. Unlike another title such as a FPS or puzzle game, MMORPGs are virtually guarantteed to become better as more bugs are fleshed out, more content is added, and so on and so on - all via patches.
On the other hand, the review score could be used to compare its possible success compared to other MMORPGs (such as WoW - which has a 93 on Metacritic).
However, Age of Conan still has a 80 on Metacritic - a score that is still very good.
In addition, we all know that review scores does not directly translate to good or bad sales.
