I find that the only 'shocking' thing about all this nonsense is the 1.3 million supposedly spent on lawyers in order to collect 30,000 bucks from R*.
Americans are far too litigious. Judges should not even hear cases as asinine as this. Unfortunately, the law is no longer about justice, but rather creating business opportunities for those involved in the law industry.
