Completely agree, said as much in the comments on another site. They need to get the focus away from the price, not back towards it.
What's obvious to 99% of people who will see that chart (and that's not a lot of mainstream consumers) is that yes, you have to spend more than $199 to get the full Xbox experience and yes, if you want wireless/blu-ray/sony exclusives, a PS3 isn't bad value.
Their real problem is that their 'value' proposition is only resonating with a small segment of the market. The Xbox 360 Arcade value proposition resonates with a much bigger segment. Slagging it off isn't going to change that.
