Playability alone warrants a certain jump in price. Thirty is a bit much perhaps, but certainly not illogical. A game like this with nothing but screenshots and some small videos is helped immensely by palpable, physical happennings. That is, you know it isn't vaporware, i.e. project Hammer, if the developers tell you it will be playable in two weeks.
Now, the next big jump will come when we see what it's evolved into at E3 and depends largely on the specifics of that play experience.
I feel good about this in general, and I think it should be a strong buy, or at least as strong as an unreleased, rumor mill game can be. Can't wait till we get some real solid info.
