@Laoldar, thank you for your insights! I love some of the points you've made. It does seem like there's some solid competition for GT5, and as for MGS it always did seem to me like a rather specialiazed genre to really have such a huge following as is expected of it. I also expect a lot of Haze, but being a new IP it may fly under the radar. What may help it though is it's strong pull on multiplayer weather it's splitscreen or over the network. One thing about multiplatforms though: a few months ago I used to think that any multiplatform is a sure win for Xbox360 because of it's lower price/biggel install base, but now recently I've been seeing people saying that if they have for example COD4 on both platforms they prefer to get it on the PS3 to put along with the Sony exclusives, and I see this reflected in multiplatform estimates on simexchange: even though xbox360 isntall base is like >2x ps3 not the same is true of the estimates which tend to have more of a 1.3-1.4 ratio...
