2 million? Do you have any justification for that number? My post don't contain many facts? Take a look at this one. It shows how Psychonauts only sold 100,000 copies with a link to the CNN article sourced from.
The next Grand Theft Auto? That is a very large claim and you, in no way, back up that claim.
You claim that Killer 7 sold a decent amount of copies, do you have anything to back up that claim. Vgchartz says it sold 2,315 copieson the PS2 in Japan.
"Everyone who owned Killer 7 will also purchase No More Heroes." That is a ludicrous statement. That is assuming all the people who bought Killer 7 also have a Wii and also will like this game, something that is near impossible. Also, looking at the game's sales in Japan, that would mean No More Heroes would actually do pretty bad.
Resident Evil 4 is not a good comparison, it was one of the best reviewed games of the last generation and is part of a well established series (where as Psychonauts, the game I provided as proof, was in the same position as this game). Also, people who already owned Resident Evil 4 wanted to experience it with motion controls so they picked it up.
Regarding the 'waggle' controls, many people were hoping this would be one of the first games to utilize the Wii controls for lightsaber type action, where you could actually control the movement of the blade. This game will not be doing that so some people who would have bought it now won't.
Look at Metroid Prime 3, we expected much higher sales from the game but it turns out that there are not as many players willing to pick up these types of games as opposed to Mario Party 8, which has sold much better than Metroid Prime 3. Again, Resident Evil 4 sold better than expected because it already had a huge positive word of mouth and sales numbers of previous versions behind it.
Looking at all this, I think it is clear why this game should be no higher than 50DKP. Killer 7, from the data found so far, sold terribly in Japan (and presumed not much better elsewhere, to the eccentric nature of that game). No More Heroes also does not have a huge positive word of mouth or having a legacy name behind it (ala Resident Evil 4). It is also a new game with interesting ideas that might get good reviews but will probably fail sales-wise (much like Psychonauts). There are many other reasons in this and my previous post, so I will conclude.

Resident Evil 4 sold 2 million copies on the PS2 and 1.6 million copies on the Gamecube. It had a large built in number of users who had already played the game and spread good word about it, so the Wii version was bound to sell.
Regarding the 'waggle' controls, many people were hoping this would be one of the first games to utilize the Wii controls for lightsaber type action, where you could actually control the movement of the blade. This game will not be doing that so some people who would have bought it now won't.

This should be in the 25-50DKP range.
