i read this article but i couldn't really figure out how HDi was the reason why Microsoft wasn't bringing Bluray to the 360.
Obviously that was one of the big things that caused people to disagree with the DVD Forum and make the BDA and make it standard to use Java for the interface. But I don't see why Microsoft's desire to use HDi more would be a reason NOT to use Bluray (and Java).
I would more likely say what everyone else is saying which is that MS feels they'll be fine with their digital distro; they don't need Bluray directly "competing" on the 360.
