@Joe80, You might not like it, but that is the fact of the life. Every business is in it for money, and if MS can make the offer "sweet" (or big) enough, Capcom will bite.
Which is why Nintendo is "lucky", since their first party offering is immune to this kind of "incentives", unless MS bought another "Rare" from Nintendo. However, I don't think MS can "buy" EAD, or any other wholy owned Nintendo company, only partially owned company, like "Rare" or "Monolith" (Tecmo is partially owned, IIRC). Please note that I am NOT saying that Monolith are going to be bought by MS. I am just using Monolith as example of company that are not whole owned (100% owned) by Nintendo.
If the offer is too big (like 500 Million+ USD), Capcom will have difficulty refusing it (and MS Gaming Division will have a red this quarter) :).
