@kspraydad, a rubric would be a good idea. However, 1 year is a long time as the simExchange isn't even one year old. The stocks that are candidates for delisting looked ready to delist a long time ago.
"Stock has less than 5 percent of total shares trading in last month." I'm not sure what this means because shares on the simExchange aren't limited in quantity. Shares and created and destroyed as people enter into positions with other people.
I also don't know what the point of doing another auction for cash out would be as the whole point of stock trading is to determine the true value. The last traded price makes sense as the default because it is the price that everyone has accepted as "best value" for months.
