Take-Two has confirmed that Manhunt 2 will be suspended while they explore their options. This comes after Sony and Nintendo's announcements that they will not allow the Adults Only rated game to be launched on their systems, and other countries have banned the game from even being allowed to be released in their country.

Mediocre Score for ManHunt 2 (65)

Todd Melick - January 1, 2008

Only mildly amusing and the violence and gore gets tired after a while. If you're into movies like Eli Roth's Hostel then this game's right up your alley. But, if you're looking for a thriller with a little more substance, you might want to look elsewhere.

The Most Important Cut

Multiplayer MTV - November 7, 2007

Submitted by Vette5858 (6903) at 12:58PM PST on November 8, 2007

The most significant cut Rockstar made in the formerly Adults-Only game that was overlooked is the scoring system. It’s the system that tallied a better number for me if I had behaved more brutally, displaying the figures on a screen that appeared between each level of the game. It’s a system that was in the first M-rated “Manhunt” but is absent from the M-rated version of the sequel.
