I don't think it is necessary to take the image down. The image section is not strictly reserved for screenshots as there is a precedent for parody images and other related stuff. A lot of images have been concept art as well, I think having these comments point this out is sufficient.

This image is **NOT** from the game. This is from the Anime show. It should not be on this site.

The fact that the submitter put a ? at the end of it shows that even they didn't believe it was from the game.
