There will be a larger over-arching story that will unfold while playing through all the individual characters. Since this game is being made in celebration of Final Fantasy's 20th anniversary, we're keeping our fans' enjoyment as our main concern. We want Final Fantasy fans to feel that they were able to actually meet all of the characters from these past Final Fantasy games.
