@Laoldar, this is certainly an interesting niche MSFT can try to corner in the console gaming market, and something it could set itself apart from Nintendo and Sony.
However, both the Wii and the PS3 have the capability for users to purchase vintage games in digital form, so this will probably come down to MSFT securing exclusive licenses. MSFT could certainly pay for this exclusivity, but this is also more money into the hole for an entertainment division that sees no light at the end of a red tunnel yet.
