I was just messing with the details of size :P. I know you were close and just rounding to an even number.
But my point was that just now games are making that multiple DVD jump. I remember when they made the single DVD jump just a couple years ago. 4-5 CDs or 1 DVD, hmm 1 DVD please. But, the price just didnt make sense for the game developers. So, even now, games are being released on 5-7 CDs over just 1 DVD. One reason is price, but the other reason is every computer has a DVD player. It will be years before we will see a High Def standard put into computer software. Not just because price, but because they know everyone has the DVD drives now and not many computers have Blu Ray or HD DVD.
But your points are vaild. And I do agree with your opinion. I just believe you (and many people) are buying into a hype that is constantly used in computers. "MORE MEMORY! FASTER FASTER!" Next gen High Def disks are cool. And in the future I hope we have 1 format and I know it will be great. But people get into these debates and bring memory and speed into the arguments, and talk about the future (they say 2-3 years, but in reality it is 5+).
