You have to consider what games the Nvidia VP is talking about...games that actually matter to Nvidia. Flash-based browser games are hardly a good example of that...and besides, Defend your Castle is selling quite well on WiiWare.
MMOs and RTS games won't stay PC-based for much longer. The biggest hurdle has been control scheme and online community...by the next generation of conoles, both of those issues should have been corrected. The only thing that has really kept PC gaming going is that console designers aren't that interested in going after some of the niches that PC gaming has ended up devoted to. PC gaming has been stuck with the same input device for 15 years and the price of new machines has become prohibitively high (to play the newest high-end games).
