Yep, I didn't buy the game, but I had the chance to rent the game any play through it (in only 6-7 hour, but thats the only major critic I have). Was looking forward to HS2 after rumors occurred its going to be a trilogy
From Ninja Theory: "We’re not abandoning HS just on a whim because we want to go off and do something different - there’s a great huge raft of reasons behind us taking the direction we are... As for the ‘you’re just not doing HS2 NOW’ comments - well one thing you learn in this industry is that you never say ‘Never’. So I’m not going to say we’ll “never” go back and make HS2 - but it’s something I personally see as extremely unlikely."
I can't find any, anyone know anything? I see this game having long term potential despite the effective anti-hype of this game as being too short and disappointing.
This game is a work of art, and should be in everyone's collections flaws and all. I hope history is kinder than Christmas 2007 probably was to this game.
That's just my opinion of course, I can only speculate without any #s to go on. :(
New PS3 game Heavenly Sword hit retail last week, and middleware company Havok has been praising developer Ninja Theory's use of its Complete tools suite.
This is by and far the shortest game I have ever played from beginning to end. The game is worth the buy if you really want to dominate all the modes and unlock everything. However, it took me maybe four hours to beat it on normal. I stand by my previous pack in statement, it is perfect for that, and it really shows off the PS3, the game is beautiful and the acting is stellar, most especially by Andy Serkis. I would like to know if anyone else has played it and what their thoughts are.
