@Demon_Gaara007,Strange review...others I've read lament all but the graphics of the immediate players (backgrounds/textures) and say that the online is completely borked. Hmmm.
It doesn’t revolutionize the First-Person Shooter genre, as there are no vehicles like in Halo, no monsters to control as in The Darkness, and definitely no Morph Ball to be found. However, the high-quality graphics engine, very solid single-player, and online multiplayer that surpasses everything else on the system (even the venerable Mario Kart), put this game far above most efforts on Wii, and the perfect and fun controls greatly enhance the traditional shooting gameplay.
Sorry for the spike, I had to cash out of this. I concur with Dr Mario Kart but I happen to think June software will be pretty decent so #10 will be ok-ish and I saw less risky / better oppourtunities elsewhere.

The multiplayer mode will last months, if not longer. The Conduit's art is sometimes outperformed by its tech, but the end experience is still visually pleasing. An outstanding 3D engine allows for graphical effects uncommon in most Wii games.
i'm very curious how this one will sell. On one hand i'm a shooter hand, on the other I don't have a Wii nor plan on getting one for exactly that reason... but with the Wii's huge install base it might be a fix for those who have one... then again looking at the gameplay I'm afraid shooter people might be asking for much more visually...
We were able to deliver a cohesive, conspiracy-ridden story that would stand up to any X-Files episode. We took a lot of time working to balance creativity with accessibility throughout the story and how we used our conspiracy elements is a great example of that. Washington D.C. was the ideal location to house our game. The location is iconic and its landmarks are immediately recognizable to most anyone in the world. Washington D.C. also gives players an immediate sense of pride and patriotism.
SEGA Europe Ltd. today announced that Rick Nielsen, guitarist and founding member of the musical group Cheap Trick, would provide guitar tracks for the anticipated title, The Conduit, for the Wii home video game system. Nielsen, who has penned and performed such hits as I Want You to Want Me and Surrender, is known for his distinctly powerful riffs and for his signature five-neck custom guitar and crowd-pleasing live performances.
