This promotional brochure introduce us to the story of this game, main characters (including Mr. Ford), adversaries (or enemies), weapons, locations, and ASE.
@mrahaju, Pretty interesting indeed! I just can't wait to see more videos and the release itself. I had never heard of this title until a few days ago and now I can see that now I look forward to each news launched.
interesting snippet for graphic enthusiast : "The team says that it feels a lot more like they're making a 360/PS3 title than a Wii title. Our Quantum 3 engine tech is amazing, and when players see the final polished results, it's going to look incredible."
We recently got the chance to pick some of the brightest minds at High Voltage about their upcoming game, The Conduit. Wii fans have been liking what they've seen from the game, but there are still many questions left unanswered. So, read on and find out more about upcoming Wii FPS, The Conduit.
High Voltage knows how excited for The Conduit the Wii Fanboy community is. That's why they just hit us up with 18 screens for the game, with the vast majority of them being screens you've never seen before. Really, you should be checking out these screens. They look pretty damn good.
"Development studio High Voltage Software yesterday announced a release time frame for its forthcoming Wii first-person shooter, The Conduit. The game is set for a "Q1 2009" debut, according to the company. Meanwhile, the developer confirmed that The Conduit will feature a, "... competitive online multiplayer component," but did not yet offer specifics."

The Nintendo editor at IGN, Matt Casamassina has reported that since IGN ran the initial reveal article about The Conduit, the developer, High Voltage Games has received calls from 10 publishers about publishing the game for the Wii. This is good news for the title and shows that we will see this released on the Wii in the future.
@apujanata, Factor 5 is developing a game for Wii but has stated that it is on the more casual side of things.
By what High Voltage has shown thus far, I believe that they will be able to find a publisher (it is not like Sadness where not even gameplay images have been seen).
@apujanata, "Our goal is to be the most technically innovative Wii developer on the planet."
The most technically innovative developer on GC was Factor 5.
If Factor 5 doesn't get back to Wii development, and if High Voltage can deliver what they promised, and IF The Conduit can get published (and have good sales), then High Voltage can be the "most technically innovative developer" on Wii.
I believe that there is a market for FPS on Wii, as proven by sales # of Resident Evil 4, RE: Umbrella Chronicle, and Metroid Prime 3 (to a certain extent).
