I find this review laughable. The major complaint is that he had a hard time playing the game using the Nunchuck and the Wiimote, using a similar control scheme to Zelda from what I can gather, so obviously this guy is either uncoordinated or used to other console's FPS' or Biased against the Wii.

If you've never played this game before, you should first ask yourself, "Why not?" But if you haven't, there are better and cheaper options than this still-good-but-not-as-good-as-the-others version for Wii. And if you have played Resident Evil 4, in all its infested humans-who-are-not-quite-zombies mayhem, then there's still really not much reason to investigate what this version has to offer.
Joystiq compiles review scores for RE4 Wii edition. Pretty favorable for the most part. I may have to try this one out, even though I've passed on the RE series in the past.
A lot of handheld titles coming out this week with one of the only real console releases being RE 4 for the Wii. Even though I've already played it through on the other consoles, I'm still looking forward to the point and shoot ease of the Wii remote.
First week in Japan, and it's got 43,771 sales. For previous releases (based on VGChartz numbers) Japanese sales were roughly 1/5 of all sales for the PS2, and 1/8 for the GC. I'm no good at extrapolating life sales from the short-term, but I know there are people here that could, and so take those proportions into account.
Despite talk of RE4 for Wii being censored, that will only be true for Japan. The US version will still have all the gore and zombie headshots that we've been looking forward to.
