You can -karma me i've got the money to handle it. Sorry that posting something related to the game isn't making me Spaz out? Nothing wrong with putting something that branches out from the game -- reguardless if it's a show, it's related to the game.
Why does it matter if it's a question mark at the end of that? Does it bother you that much? If it does you might want to consider watching Dr.Phil, not everyone knows if it's an anime, concept art, or a game shot. Deal with it.
It's confirmed to be from the anime, so why is there still a question mark?
I don't have an issue with the image itself being posted, just that it was put there as a possible screenshot of the game. Users shouldn't be rewarded for google searching and then posting images without knowing what it's for/from.
I don't think it is necessary to take the image down. The image section is not strictly reserved for screenshots as there is a precedent for parody images and other related stuff. A lot of images have been concept art as well, I think having these comments point this out is sufficient.
The writer makes an interesting case that people enjoy playing Animal Crossing because you basically design your own experience. He relates stories of players that made their town appear to be a nudist colony or a Croatian village. One player describes how they post letters getting the town to "riot". By allowing users to modify the words used by characters, you can manipulate the personalities of the NPCs.
By how they design their town and interact with visitors online, players can design their own game experience (some examples include a Church of Hyrule with master sword idol and being watered by another user).
It's a good read for those wondering why Animal Crossing seems to have attracted such attention lately. It allows users to be creative and have a game experience that doesn't end as long as they continue to interact with it since it is limited only by their imagination.
I am unsure if the Wiki additions allow deletion of pictures like that, but I would vote that it be removed, or at the very least, relabeled for what it actually is.
There's nothing wrong with being new to a site :) I hope you enjoy playing around on here.
I suppose as a final bit of advice, always try to consider the entire franchise and not just one game. It can lead to misleading assumptions...best to have as many comparisons as possible.
But I'm sure everyone here has stories about making mistakes at first (I know my port was a mess at first), so don't get discouraged :) I look forward to seeing more of your posts.
