To this day, no information about that content has been divulged, except for a tentative release date of fall 2008. Even that single piece of information appears to be moot now, as Rockstar has commented that it is "not sure" when the content will go live.

Wow, it seems like years since the first rumors of the Xbox getting exclusive Grand Theft Auto IV DLC and months since the game actually appeared (ok, it has been months... but I mean more months) Finally, Microsoft has announced that the first dollop of episodic GTA action will appear on Xbox Live in the fall.

Going live on April 15th (plenty of time before GTAIV's release), the Social Club will be a website for GTAIV gamers to analyze, keep track and compare their stats and accomplishments with other Liberty City residents. Xbox Live subscribers will be able to register their gamertags at the Social Club and be able to instantly compare their multiplayer stats with gamers from around the globe.

A webshots user named pallamallawa has uploaded six images of what look to be the map insert for the PlayStation 3 version of Grand Theft Auto IV. Images include the city itself, complete with descriptions of various locales, the Liberty City subway map, and the controller map for the PS3. It's about as New York as you can get without actually being in New York. Everything looks rather official, though I'm going to go ahead and rumor tag this pending some sort of official confirmation.
